Zubaida Foundation AfterSchool Student Application

Zubaida classes are Tuesday through Thursday 5:30 – 7:30PM.
Monthly Tuition of $150 per child. Each additional sibling is $110. Payment must be made by the beginning of each month.
Financial aid is available for those who submit tax documents and qualify. Please contact us.
Preference will be given to early registrants. Registration is closed. You may fill the form to be wait-listed.
Each child will be assessed and interviewed before formal acceptance into AfterSchool.
